Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a pneumatic dual-head heat press and folding finished products for packaging and shipment. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, quality control, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heat press machines
• Ensure proper placement, alignment, and quality of designs
• Monitor heat press settings (temperature, pressure, time) to prevent errors or damage
• Fold garments neatly and consistently according to packaging standards
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and company policies
• Assist with other production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with garment heat press equipment preferred, but not required (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Punctual, dependable, and motivated to learn
• Basic understanding of garment types and materials is a plus

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• This role is performed in a warehouse setting

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Summer Fridays all year round, leaving at 3:30 (except for peak season)
• Weekends as needed
