Landscape & Enhancement Sales Lead –

Position Overview

The Landscape & Enhancement Sales Lead will oversee the full sales and project development process for residential landscape enhancements and design-build projects. This role blends landscape consulting, conceptual design, estimating, proposal development, and client management.

You will work closely with homeowners to understand their vision, develop customized outdoor solutions, and coordinate operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Relationship Management

• Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners to understand project goals, budgets, and property needs
• Build strong long-term client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and installation process

Landscape Design & Enhancement Sales

• Develop and sell landscape enhancement and design-build projects including planting, hardscape, outdoor living, drainage, lighting, and seasonal enhancements
• Identify opportunities within existing maintenance accounts and new client inquiries
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach

Proposal Development & Estimating

• Prepare professional proposals, estimates, and conceptual layouts for residential projects
• Coordinate pricing, material selections, and project scope development
• Follow up consistently on pending proposals and sales opportunities

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with office teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits during installations to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction
• Assist with change orders and ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle

Sales Performance & Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
• Stay current on landscape trends, materials, and market conditions

QualificationsRequired

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape sales, design-build sales, account management, or business development
• Strong understanding of landscape construction, horticulture, and outdoor living environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred

• Experience with Dynascape, SketchUp, or similar landscape design software
• Estimating and project management experience
• Field installation knowledge
• Degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
