Job SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician, you will utilize strong electrical and mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment. You will execute effective preventative maintenance (PM), troubleshoot PLCs, and partner with machine operators to minimize unscheduled downtime.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDiagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial electrical equipment.
Electrical & Controls: Utilize PLC troubleshooting and mechanical drawings to diagnose electrical control systems, motors, servos, drives, relays, and 3-phase power.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine PMs, including lubrication, component replacement, and maintaining equipment to OEM standards.
Team Collaboration: Work directly with machine crews to eliminate operational issues and share technical knowledge.
Safety & Craftsmanship: Adhere to strict safety rules/PPE and take pride in quality workmanship.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. (Corrugated packaging/flexo machinery experience preferred).
Skills: Operational knowledge of industrial machinery, 3-phase power, relays, drives, and reading schematics.
Tools: Must provide own basic tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25–60 lbs, stand, climb, stoop, and work in an industrial plant environment.
