Position Summary

Oakridge Homes–Woodview is seeking compassionate and dependable Life Skills Trainers (LSTs) to provide non‑medical support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on building independence, life skills, and community engagement while fostering a positive and respectful living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living and independent living skills
• Assist with transportation and community activities
• Provide support in homes, apartments, and community settings
• Encourage independence based on individual goals and desired outcomes
• Complete required documentation during each visit
• Travel primarily within Crow Wing County
