We're hiring a full-time Wireless Sales Associate to help customers enroll in affordable wireless and telecommunications services while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers every day, introduce wireless service options, answer questions, and guide qualified individuals through the enrollment process. This is an in-person, customer-facing sales role where you'll build relationships, provide personalized recommendations, and help customers find technology solutions that fit their needs.

What You'll Do as a Wireless Sales Associate

• Meet directly with customers to discuss available wireless and telecommunications services
• Explain wireless plans, pricing, promotions, and technology solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish
• Process sales orders, account activations, and enrollment documentation accurately
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer service during every interaction
• Recommend wireless services based on each customer's individual needs and qualifications
• Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring account information is complete and organized
• Work closely with teammates to achieve daily sales and customer enrollment goals
• Continue developing your sales knowledge through ongoing coaching and training

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
