Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Manager, you'll lead, coach, and support the Sales Team while helping drive sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the General Sales Manager with the daily leadership of the Sales Department
- Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide hands-on support throughout the sales process
- Ensure prompt follow-up on customer inquiries before and after the sale
- Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service
- Achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and sales performance goals
- Implement and improve sales processes, policies, and best practices
- Assist the Finance Department by performing Finance Manager responsibilities when needed
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining CarShop's customer-first philosophy
- Establish performance goals and development plans for team members
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to recognize achievements, share best practices, and encourage continuous improvement
- Support the General Sales Manager and assume leadership responsibilities when needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive retail management experience required
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing successful sales teams
- Finance knowledge, including reading credit bureaus, submitting finance applications, and completing delivery paperwork, is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a servant leadership mindset
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to make thoughtful, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Ability to motivate, influence, and develop others
- Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
