Warrior Creek Mercantile is looking for a dependable, hardworking Merchandise Handler & Barn Operations Associate to join our growing team.

This is not a desk job. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work every day, this could be the perfect fit.

You'll primarily work in our barn and receiving areas, unloading trucks, moving merchandise, pricing inventory, organizing displays, and helping customers. Every day is different, and every day plays an important role in creating an exceptional shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload merchandise
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Price and tag merchandise
• Move inventory throughout the barn and retail store
• Assist with merchandising and display setup
• Help customers locate and load purchases
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other equipment safely (forklift experience preferred)
• Assemble furniture and displays when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with seasonal resets, deliveries, and special projects

• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in a barn environment that can be dusty and involve varying temperatures
• Friendly and enjoys helping customers
• Takes initiative and works well independently and with a team
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
• Mechanically inclined is a plus
