What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you’ll be the voice of our company, engaging with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide top-notch service and sales support. Your goal? Your Day-to-Day:

• Troubleshoot concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every customer feels supported.

• Stay sharp by keeping up with product knowledge, promotions, and best practices.
• Hone in on sales skills and top-level consultative approaches
