Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL databases and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Design data models and database schemas to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis aligned with best practices in database design.
• Utilize programming languages such as R and Python for advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation of routine data tasks.
• Collaborate within Agile project management frameworks to deliver timely analytics solutions while adhering to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Conduct business analysis by translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Support data visualization efforts through dashboard development, query management, and report generation to facilitate strategic planning.

Experience

• Proven experience working with SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, including query optimization and management.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis skills with tools like Excel (including VBA), R, Python, and Bash (Unix shell scripting).
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Talend for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques involving Linked Data and ETL processes for consolidating disparate data sources.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies combined with project management skills to oversee analytics projects from inception through deployment.
• Understanding of database design principles coupled with expertise in query management for efficient data retrieval.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets using analysis skills that support business insights and strategic decision-making.
