• Continuously adapt to and learn new AI tools as they become available.
• Research and develop practical applications for AI tools to create value within the assembly operations.
• Design and deliver training sessions to educate employees on the effective use of AI tools.
• Develop specialized AI agents to automate and optimize tasks within the assembly environment.
• Engage in independent research and project-based work, seeing initiatives through from concept to implementation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (4-year degree).
• Demonstrated strong interest in learning and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for training and interacting with various levels of staff.
• Proven ability to work independently, act as a self-starter, and thrive in an environment with minimal structure and ambiguity.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

• Any level of coursework or project experience related to Artificial Intelligence.
