+ About This Job Opening +

We are currently seeking to hire Experienced and Licensed P&C Sales Professionals for our Outside Sales Team. These positions require a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license OR a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance license. If you currently possess this license, or the equivalent in another state, AND you have a proven track record selling Property and Casualty insurance products, you are all set to start.

If you are currently unlicensed but have relevant sales experience in a similar field, we would be happy to provide pathways inside our agency to become a Personal Lines Manager by way of Sales Development and telemarketing, so please don't hesitate to apply.

+ Compensation Plan +

We are able to offer up compensation packages for the VERY TOP TIER of P&C Insurance Sales Professionals. Bring us your sales track record and we will crunch numbers together and make this transition work for you!

· Base Pay $37k to $50k Guaranteed + Monthly Commission + Bonuses = $70k to $150k (or more) in W-2 Earnings

· 401-K w/ 3% Employer Safe Harbor Contribution after one year

+ Responsibilities +

· Consult and educate families and businesses regarding property and casualty insurance benefits

· Make outbound phone calls from our database and effectively manage those leads in our internal system

· Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales by phone, email, and chat

· Promote retirement plans and life insurance options and set appointments for your clients with our financial specialist, and follow up

· Be proficient with computer data processes and communication platforms, including meticulous annotation of client contact and follow up

+ Requirements +

· Prefer 1yr+ experience in Property and Casualty Insurance Sales, Customer Service, and/or Account Management

· Must currently have or obtain a valid Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance License or a Colorado Personal Lines Insurance License

· Colorado Life Insurance License is a huge plus!

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
