The Data Entry Keyer is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and verifying operational data within internal systems. This position supports warehouse, logistics, and administrative teams by ensuring timely and accurate entry of data from various sources. While this role is remote, the employee will collaborate daily with on-site teams and may occasionally participate in in-person meetings or audits.
Enter, review, and verify order, inventory, and shipment data from multiple internal and external systems.
Perform high-volume data entry tasks with speed and precision while maintaining compliance with company accuracy standards.
Cross-check digital and scanned documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Maintain, organize, and update digital records for client accounts and operational reporting.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and database records.
Support quality-control processes by flagging data inconsistencies, missing fields, or duplication errors.
Assist in preparing periodic performance and operations reports using entered data.
Communicate promptly with supervisors and teammates, whether remote or in-office, to ensure seamless coordination.
Participate in virtual and in-person team meetings to align with company objectives and reporting updates.
Uphold confidentiality standards when handling client and internal data in both on-site and remote work environments.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in data entry, clerical administration, or operations support roles.
Experience working in logistics, warehouse, or supply-chain environments preferred but not required.
Proven ability to manage large datasets and meet tight deadlines in remote or hybrid work settings.
Skills & Attributes
Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management platforms.

This position is primarily remote, with optional hybrid days at the Oklahoma City facility.
Standard Monday-Friday business hours; occasional weekend work during peak volume periods.
Remote workers must maintain consistent connectivity and availability during assigned shifts.
All necessary remote technology (laptop, VPN access, and training software) will be provided by Sort and Stack OKC.
Pay: $28-$34 per hour (based on experience, accuracy rate, and speed).
