Rhode Island Free Clinic is nationally recognized for its volunteer and community partner model. We believe in strengthening our community by providing people with the resources, education, and support they need to improve their health and well-being. The Clinic also serves as a training site for more than 150 healthcare trainees annually. Services are provided at our facility in Providence. The Clinic leverages hundreds of volunteers and millions of dollars in donated healthcare services, medications, and professional expertise to provide comprehensive medical, dental, specialty, medication access, and wellness services to low-income, uninsured Rhode Islanders. Through these services, patients improve health outcomes, increase health literacy, and gain tools needed to better manage chronic conditions. RIFC seeks a Data & Evaluation VISTA to strengthen the Clinic's capacity to collect, analyze, and utilize data to improve programs, measure outcomes, and support organizational growth. Building upon the work of previous VISTA members, this individual will develop and refine data systems, create reports and dashboards, support program evaluation efforts, and improve processes for tracking patient, volunteer, trainee, and organizational outcomes. Working closely with the Deputy Director, Administrative & Development Senior Manager, and Grants & Fundraising VISTA, the Data & Evaluation VISTA will help ensure that data is accessible and accurate. The member will support grant reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and impact measurement efforts that demonstrate the Clinic's value to funders, partners, volunteers, and the community. Through these capacity-building activities, the Data & Evaluation VISTA will help create sustainable systems that strengthen organizational effectiveness, support informed decision-making, and increase the Clinic's ability to provide high-quality healthcare services to uninsured Rhode Island adults.
