Reports To: Warranty Administration Team Manager

Position Summary:

The Data Processor is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of data into WPI Systems and Manufacturer Systems. Specifically, they execute clerical entry of recall and maintenance claims to WPI claim handling standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify received repair orders against information in the dealership’s Dealer

Management Systems (DMS) to prepare for claim submission and completion,

ensuring the account is maintained accurately.

• Maintain positive communication and interactions with staff at WPI.
• Maintain and update account specifics and handling requirements to ensure

backups for accounts are provided with knowledge of account requests.

• Maintain accurate records of claims.
• Respond to communications in a timely manner and within WPI expectations.
• Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy, communicating with customers as necessary.
• Follow WPI Policy and Procedures for all claim handling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Good communication and attention to detail skills
• Proficient or ability to learn new computer systems
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent data entry/keyboard typing skills.
