• Manage all aspects of grant compliance, including reporting requirements, documentation, and deadlines to ensure adherence to funder guidelines.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective funders through regular communication, updates, and stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to enhance visibility of funded projects via social media marketing and digital campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software to track grant activities, manage donor information, and analyze fundraising data for strategic planning.
• Support broader fundraising efforts for business development by integrating grant strategies with overall organizational growth plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grant proposal writing with a strong track record of securing funding from diverse sources.
• Familiarity with databases used for research on funding opportunities and managing grants.
• Experience with CRM software, for database management and relationship tracking.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including social media marketing to promote funded initiatives effectively.
• Strong research skills to identify new funding prospects and stay informed about industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills for relationship management with funders, partners, and internal teams.
• Background in fundraising for nonprofit or organizational development, including experience in public relations or customer service roles related to donor engagement.
