ESTIMATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates that support project planning and business growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborates effectively across departments, and brings strong problem-solving skills to every project. Salary to commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project requirements, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate estimates
• Compile and maintain current pricing data from suppliers and vendors
• Calculate costs for materials, labor, and production processes
• Prepare and submit detailed estimates for management review
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Support change orders and project modifications with updated cost estimates
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all estimates and pricing data
• Spend time on the production floor to understand manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team player mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
