We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end credentialing and payer enrollment processes for healthcare providers. This role ensures timely onboarding, regulatory compliance, and accurate payer alignment across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial and ongoing credentialing and recredentialing of providers
• Prepare & submit enrollment applications to Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers
• Manage and maintain accurate CAQH profiles, timely attestations and updates
• Verify provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and affiliations
• Manage roster updates and portal submissions to ensure network accuracy
• Track and resolve enrollment-related issues with payers and internal teams
• Facilitate onboarding of new providers and support organizational transitions
• Liaise with billing and operations teams to prevent claim disruptions due to enrollment errors.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment processes and commercial payers.
• Experience maintaining CAQH profiles and credentialing databases
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Adobe DC.
