Our Project-Based Internship Program offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain meaningful, real-world experience by working directly on active client and company initiatives. Interns work alongside experienced professionals on legislative research, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, regulatory monitoring, and government affairs projects. Rather than performing routine administrative tasks, interns are assigned substantive projects that contribute to client objectives and firm growth. The program provides exposure to Pennsylvania state and local government processes, develops critical research and writing skills, and offers mentorship from seasoned practitioners in the government relations field. Successful interns gain practical experience, professional connections, and a deeper understanding of how public policy, advocacy, and strategic engagement influence business and governmental decision-making.
Compensation: This is a paid internship offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn academic credit where applicable. Internship projects may be completed in person, remotely, or through a hybrid arrangement based on the needs of the firm and the intern’s academic schedule.
Pay: $22.28 - $26.83 per hour
