Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst specializing in the biopharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of supply chain management principles, and proficiency with advanced ERP systems and data visualization tools. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain processes, enhancing inventory management, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless production and distribution of biopharma products. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance within our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to develop demand planning and production schedules aligned with business needs.
• Utilize SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems to manage inventory control, procurement activities, and manufacturing workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions using methodologies like Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing principles.
• Support the development of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) strategies to optimize inventory levels while ensuring timely production.
• Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency through Lean techniques and continuous improvement practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in implementing supply chain analytics solutions to improve logistics planning, purchasing processes, and overall supply chain visibility.

Experience

• Proven experience in supply chain management within the biopharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms.
• Strong background in supply chain analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices, demand planning, procurement processes, and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot complex supply chain issues effectively.
• Prior involvement in manufacturing environments requiring strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
