Primary Duties/Responsibilities
1. Diagnostics & Repairs
- Perform intermediate mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose basic to moderate vehicle concerns.
- Perform alignments and calibration-related services.
- Complete suspension, steering, brake, and maintenance repairs.
- Assist with advanced diagnostic procedures when necessary.
2. ADAS & Technology Services
- Perform calibration setup procedures.
- Support static and dynamic calibrations.
- Perform pre- and post-scans.
- Follow OEM procedures and documentation requirements.
3. Documentation & Quality
- Complete accurate Shopmonkey documentation.
- Document diagnostic findings and repair recommendations.
- Upload required photos and inspection reports.
- Maintain repair quality standards.
4. Mentorship & Teamwork
- Assist C-Technicians with training and development.
- Share technical knowledge with team members.
- Support positive shop culture and teamwork.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Follow company safety procedures.
- Utilize required PPE.
- Maintain training compliance.
- Participate in safety audits and coaching.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive mechanical experience (brakes, suspension, diagnostics, etc.).
- Basic familiarity with vehicle electronics and scan tools.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Willingness to learn ADAS calibration procedures.
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
