Lead Management & Relationship Building:
· Respond promptly to prospective client and family inquiries, primarily by phone, while maintaining accurate lead and inquiry databases, tracking follow-up activities, and ensuring timely communication throughout the engagement process.
· Develop and execute monthly and quarterly email communications through Constant Contact for referral partners, prospects, families, and employees; maintain updated contact lists to support effective outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Marketing & Sales Support:
· Provide marketing and administrative support by developing and organizing collateral materials for campaigns, special events, and recognition initiatives. Assist with planning and executing marketing programs across multiple channels, including advertising, direct mail, digital marketing, and events.
·Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create, update, and maintain marketing materials; basic graphic design skills are required, and Canva experience is preferred.
Special Events Coordination and Participation
· Coordinate with community partners via phone and email to plan and confirm details for special events and educational programs.
· Lead the planning and execution of off-site events and educational programs in partnership with community organizations, including logistics, marketing materials, refreshments, setup, and teardown.
· Plan and coordinate annual signature events, including Ice Cream Socials, National Caregivers Day, and Nurses Week celebrations, in collaboration with multiple community partners.
· Prepare and maintain sales, marketing, and event reports, tracking outcomes and participation.
· Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and other external community engagement opportunities to increase visibility and build relationships.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources and community partners to generate new business opportunities and strengthen community presence.
Online Presence & Social Media:
· Develop, organize, and maintain engaging content for the agency's social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
Qualification Summary:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and strengthening relationships with referral partners, clients, and the local community. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will coordinate marketing initiatives, community outreach, special events, and digital marketing efforts to promote the agency's services. You will support sales and business development activities, manage social media content, and represent the agency at networking and community events. This role requires a creative, organized, and relationship-driven professional who is passionate about connecting individuals and families with high-quality home care services while enhancing the agency's reputation and community presence.
