We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and passionate Residential Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services within a residential treatment setting.

As the Residential Clinical Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight to therapists and clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, individualized treatment that supports each resident's emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. You'll collaborate with nursing, residential leadership, psychiatry, case management, and executive leadership to foster a multidisciplinary approach to care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Company Overview
Grant Gardens provides a healing environment of evidence-based treatment within a residential treatment setting. Our unique approach combines out-of-home care with psychiatric services, with a consistent focus on stabilization, behavior correction, and community reintegration when clients are ready.

Residential Clinical Supervisor Duties

• Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, including case managers, therapists, and support personnel.
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing.
• Conduct regular clinical assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems.
• Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate crisis intervention efforts and manage crisis situations effectively to ensure safety for residents and staff.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on mental health counseling, child & family counseling, and behavioral management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support residents’ progress in areas such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, PTSD care, and special education needs.
• Lead efforts in data collection, research initiatives, and quality assurance to improve clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Licensure in the state of WV required (LCSW or LPC)
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with disabilities in residential or community settings.
• Strong knowledge of crisis management techniques and behavioral health interventions.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, CPT coding, ICD coding systems (ICD-10/ICD-9), and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience in intake procedures, case management, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation.
• Expertise in therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavioral therapy.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
