How will you make an impact?

Responsibilities:

• Provide extraordinary customer service to high caliber passengers.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in various inclement weather conditions.
• Responsibility of ensuring our passengers and luggage are transported safely between the terminal and aircraft.
• Responsible for operating vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions
• Vehicles are driven in areas congested with aircraft, as well as moving and stationary vehicles and equipment
• Lead Agents must demonstrate leadership skills and training ability
• Responsible to management to coordinate of the overall operation within assigned functional area
• They may conduct agent observations and associated activities
• Administers local training such as on the job training with new hires
• Responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization
• Maintains supplies, inventory, and control logs
• Prepares customer correspondence, investigates discrepancies and compiles statistical data for reports
• Lead Agents will assist management in the completion of administrative duties, perform agent work as required and acts as company representative when assigned

Who we are looking for?

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
• Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
• One year of previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous working experience transporting passengers preferred.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand Spanish (in some locations) preferred.
