We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education community. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards and best practices in childhood development
• Lead and supervise teaching staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development facilitation in schools
• Manage school budgets, oversee financial planning, and ensure fiscal responsibility in managing resources and fundraising efforts
• Ensure compliance with all educational laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to early childhood education and school legal requirements
• Coordinate strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, community outreach, and enrollment growth
• Facilitate faculty evaluation processes to maintain high instructional standards and promote continuous improvement
• Oversee school administrative functions including enrollment management, parent communication, safety protocols, and staff scheduling
• Lead public speaking engagements to promote the preschool’s mission within the community and foster positive relationships with families and stakeholders
• Supervise school staff personnel management including hiring, training, conflict resolution, and team leadership in a collaborative environment
• Stay informed on developments in early childhood education policies, special education law, and classroom best practices to ensure educational compliance and excellence

Experience

• Proven experience in school administrative director roles within early childhood or K-12 settings with a focus on preschool programs
• Extensive background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom experience with young children
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator with a strong understanding of financial planning in educational settings
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams of educators and support staff in a school environment
• Knowledge of school legal requirements including special education law, educational compliance regulations, and childhood development standards
• Experience facilitating professional development for educators to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes
• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including families, staff, regulatory agencies, and community partners
• Familiarity with managing school operations such as enrollment processes, personnel management in education settings, and ensuring educational excellence through faculty evaluation

Pay: $52,212.64 - $54,503.56 per year
