Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our online retail team. In this role, you will be managing and optimizing our storefronts, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your expertise will drive traffic, enhance product visibility, and boost sales through digital marketing and website management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, updates, and inventory management. Utilizing SHOPIFY & AMAZON, etc.
• Implement and optimize SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Develop content for product descriptions and campaigns to attract and convert visitors.
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to enhance online storefronts and marketing materials.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google Ads (including Google AdWords), monitoring performance through web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics.
• Conduct keyword research and perform SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Analyze web analytics data to generate insights on customer behavior, campaign performance, and website traffic; adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website management, technical troubleshooting with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and website optimization efforts.

Skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid search marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience with website management systems such as WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website customization and troubleshooting.
• Ability to conduct keyword research effectively to inform content strategy.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on compelling product descriptions and promotional content.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools for campaign setup and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data reports for strategic decision-making.
• Experience managing social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is a plus.
