CNC Machinist Lead – Hiring Bonus

ELO Engineering is a growing contract manufacturer of metal components for successful OEM’s in the electronics, medical, transportation, and industrial sectors. Our ISO certified precision metal fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, machining, painting and assembly. Our office and manufacturing facility is in Fridley, MN.

We are searching for an experienced CNC Milling Machinist. This individual is responsible for the programming, set-up, and operation of our Milltronics VM Machining Centers. He/She will also manage the workflow through the department and supervise the four-person staff. The ideal candidate will be looking for a solid company for long-term employment and personal growth utilizing technology including offline programming. A generous hiring bonus is available to help defray job transition costs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Five years experience in CNC milling including set-up and operations. (Experience with Milltronics equipment preferred.)
• Basic “G-Code” programming experience is required. Offline programming experience is preferred but not required. But the candidate should have the aptitude and desire to learn.
• Strong mechanical and math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
