We're a new healthcare growth company founded by a registered nurse and entrepreneur who spent more than 20 years building a successful healthcare education business from the ground up. Everything we create has one purpose: helping healthcare organizations grow through outstanding branding, strategy, design, and digital experiences.

We're building our founding creative team, and we're looking for someone who wants to create work that truly matters.

If you're the type of person who notices poor design everywhere you go, obsesses over typography and user experience, enjoys solving problems visually, and believes great design should produce measurable business results - not just look beautiful, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the founder to create and improve every aspect of our clients' brands and digital presence.

Responsibilities include:

• Design modern, high-converting websites and landing pages
• Create complete brand identities and visual systems
• Design logos, marketing collateral, brochures, signage, presentations, and print materials
• Develop engaging digital graphics for websites, email marketing, and social media
• Improve website user experience (UX) and conversion rates
• Assist with copy layout and visual storytelling
• Design sales materials that support business growth
• Help develop creative campaigns from concept to launch
• Collaborate on marketing strategy and customer experience
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms
• Stay current on design trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies

Software & Technical Experience

We're far more interested in great designers than someone who knows one specific platform. Experience with many of the following is preferred:

• WordPress
• Elementor Pro
• Shopify
• Webflow
• Wix Studio
• Squarespace
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD)
• Canva
• Basic HTML/CSS
• Basic SEO principles
• Google Workspace
• AI design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)
