AUDIOLOGIST

We are well established ENT practice in Rockville, MD and are currently seeking a full-time or a part-time Audiologist who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and have the ability to effectively counsel and build rapport with patients. Our patients are like family to us! You will be working with 3 otolaryngologists and an Audiologist.

Daily tasks and responsibilities

• Establish rapport with and gather history from patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program hearing aids using newest technology.
• Fit hearing aids and assist patients with any adjustments, questions or problems.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Other duties could involve OAE, VNG/ENG, Tympanometry and BP testing.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctor of Audiology will be considered.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing and audiology licensure.
• Will consider new graduates.

We offer an attractive compensation package including a lucrative commission program, healthcare, PTO and other benefits. Licensure/CEU reimbursement may be available as well. We are looking for an Audiologist who is looking for a “home,” and to become an asset to our team.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
