Drive the future of energy by leading the engineering strategy for power generation and transmission interconnections in ERCOT, the epicenter of the AI and data center boom! As an expert, you will evaluate and execute critical projects while providing vital engineering support for corporate development with LCRA service territory. How You’ll Contribute:
- Leverage critical thinking and analytical engineering principles to evaluate potential projects.
- Spearhead various projects ensuring accountability and timely completion of all deliverables.
- Deliver concise reporting evaluations to drive definitive “Go/No-Go” recommendations based on feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Partner with external and internal stakeholders to align strategic business objectives into practical cost-effective roadmaps.
- Leverage a high level of adaptability and collaborate with a tight-knit team to drive success in evolving projects.
How You’re Qualified:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, engineering technology, engineering physics, biosystems engineering, mathematical science, physical science or related science plus fifteen or more years of post-Bachelors engineering experience relating to the area of engineering specialization required to perform the job, including project management and providing technical leadership in engineering or other relevant experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas
- Driver's license

Target Salary Range: $147,500 - $180,200/yr.
