National Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc. (NEBA) is a full service, licensed Third Party Administrator providing benefit administration services to health, retirement and other benefit plans.
We are looking for a positive and highly motivated individual to become an integral part of our Health Plan Enrollment team.
Position Purpose
The Enrollment Processor plays a key role in maintaining accurate member records through data entry and document management. This role is responsible for processing enrollment-related documentation, maintaining member eligibility records, and performing administrative functions critical to compliance, data integrity, and service excellence. The Enrollment Processor must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties/Responsibilities
Enrollment Processing & Data Accuracy
● Review and process enrollment-related documentation, including member demographic updates, dependent changes, and beneficiary elections
● Accurately enter and update member eligibility records in enrollment systems following plan rules and internal procedures
● Ensure documentation is complete, valid, and processed within established timelines
Member Records, Documentation & Mail Support
● Prepare and process member-related documents such as Certificates of Coverage, PHI requests, and member ID card requests
● Maintain organized electronic and physical member files to support accuracy and audit readiness
● Sort, route, and assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including newly eligible and Open Enrollment mailings
Compliance, Quality & Team Support
● Handle all member information in compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and data security standards
● Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures
● Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Other Functions
● Assist with Open Enrollment activities, including packet preparation and document verification
● Monitor and maintain inventory of enrollment-related forms and supplies
● Provide backup administrative support as needed
● Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business and operational needs
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
● High School Diploma or Equivalent
● Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a similar field
● Experience in healthcare or insurance is strongly preferred

LOCATION
This is a full-time position based in-office. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST.
