Summary: The National Escrow Officer is to make sure that files complete the closing process. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Ensure all conditions of the escrow agreement are met before closing. Disburse funds and complete the transaction process accurately and timely. Processing files from beginning to end. This role also requires the ability to work out of numerous computer programs and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two years of Escrow Officer experience
• Able to handle 30-40 closings a month

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Multi-task from start to finish on purchase and refinance orders.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Skilled in title software (Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, etc.).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.

Essential Functions: Your responsibilities and duties include but will not be limited to the following:

• Processing files in multi-state
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state and local regulations
• Maintain accurate and complete escrow files and records
• Prepare and review closing statements, HUD-1 forms and other related documents
• Able to assist in recording when needed
• Work up figures and complete closings if necessary
• Disburse files

Travel:

• This role will not require travel

Working Hours and Location:

• The National Escrow Officer is required to devote a minimum of 40 hours per week to the position (workweek is from Monday through Friday) and is responsible for ensuring that all work is completed within agreed- upon timelines, which may require additional hours above the 40 hours/week.
• Preference for this role is remote.

Physical Demands:

• The employee is regularly required to stand and sit. Must be able to operate a computer and telephone.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
