The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Diesel Mechanic who is passionate about keeping agricultural and turf equipment running at peak performance. This role involves a mix of diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on both customer and dealer-owned equipment.

Some tasks are straightforward, while others require critical thinking and problem-solving. You’ll have support from Service Managers and Senior Technicians to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly. While other shops slow down and cut hours, we don’t do layoffs - our techs stay working, stay earning, and stay moving forward

Purpose

The focus of this role is to deliver high-quality service and repairs while upholding Midwest Machinery Co.’s commitment to teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction. Technicians play a key role in representing our core values through their work and daily interactions.
