As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the impression of our brand and ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual front desk.

Founded in Naperville, Illinois, and now operating across three global locations, eAlliance is at the forefront of the AI transformation. We build intelligent solutions using Agentic AI, Generative AI, IDP, RPA, and Big Data to solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This is a FULL_TIME, fully remote position supporting our US-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact, managing all incoming communications via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings across different time zones.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and digital file management.
Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and internal staff, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate person.
Assist in the planning and coordination of virtual company events and team meetings.
Uphold a high standard of client service, ensuring all interactions are positive and reflect the professional values of eAlliance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Virtual Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a remote environment.
A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
