Position: Executive Driver

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for our high-level Executives. The ideal candidate will ensure that our Executives travel securely and comfortably, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. This role also includes vehicle maintenance and certain property management duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport company Executives and guests to and from various locations, including appointments and meetings, with punctuality and care.
• Oversee the vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained in excellent condition and kept clean at all times.
• Plan and execute the most efficient routes to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrivals.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of all passengers.
• Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Demonstrate a high level of drive, foresight, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Anticipate the needs of Executives and execute directives with precision and reliability.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Utilize computer and iPhone experience for various tasks and communications; familiarity with electronics, tech and basic trouble-shooting skills
• Assist with on-site or remote fact-finding activities to support case intake and client case development.
• Support follow-up efforts to obtain additional information from clients, witnesses, or third parties as directed.
• Complete additional departmental tasks as assigned to support a full-time schedule, if applicable.
• Managing Properties Preferred
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Driver or in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Highly driven, foresighted, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated history of anticipating needs and executing directives with precision.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including some evenings and weekends.

• Pay: $50,000-$80,000/year
