Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

• Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex calendar and meeting priorities


• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external executive communications


• Draft, edit, and distribute high-level correspondence and sensitive materials


• Executive Assistant will coordinate meetings, schedules, and executive logistics in a fast-paced environment


• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

• 6+ years of executive-level administrative support experience


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams


• Proven experience managing confidential, time-sensitive executive matters


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
