West Seattle
We are seeking an experienced Financial Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about dentistry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping patients move forward with the care they need.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy practice, quickly understand our systems, and become a dependable resource for both our patients and our team. Our office has a strong patient base and a full schedule, so we need someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping the day running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident discussing finances, experienced with EagleSoft, and genuinely enjoys helping patients understand the value of their treatment. You naturally create structure, follow through on commitments, and help maintain consistency within the practice without needing constant direction.
If you love dentistry, enjoy building relationships, and are looking for a long-term opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact, we would love to meet you.
