Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes utilizing CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo to create detailed schematics and tooling layouts.
• Lead process engineering initiatives focused on CNC programming, CAM programming, and robotic automation to enhance production efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis using engineering troubleshooting techniques to resolve production issues swiftly and prevent recurrence.
• Manage project scheduling for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee industrial automation systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), vision inspection systems, and industrial equipment to optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste reduction opportunities and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on factory layout design, fabrication, tooling development, and assembly line optimization for maximum productivity.
• Develop technical documentation such as schematics, GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing), and system diagrams for manufacturing processes.
• Facilitate factory experience initiatives by practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role that emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a strong background in process engineering, factory operations, or production management.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and CAD schematics creation.
• Demonstrated expertise in robotics programming, welding techniques, fabrication processes, tooling design, and assembly line operations.
• Knowledge of CNC programming (including CAM) for precision machining tasks.
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems such as PLCs and vision inspection systems used in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical skills in engineering data analysis combined with project management experience in manufacturing settings.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards and lean management practices that support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal factory performance.
• Metal manufacturing experience preferred
