We are seeking a freelance innovative Interior Designer / Decorator with unique forward-thinking ideas with a passion for modern design to join our dynamic team. Preferably located in the Palm Springs area (Coachella Valley). In this role, you will bring creative visions to life by designing inspiring interior spaces. Your expertise will help transform residential interiors into beautiful, practical environments through meticulous planning, detailed drawings, and thoughtful material selections.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency mainly in SketchUp (required), AutoCAD and render programs, photoshop, Lumion, etc., are a big bonus (not required).
• A professional art or design background is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing deadlines effectively.
• Must be available for remote working and some on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with design concepts, color schemes, material selections, drawings, space planning, lighting, furnishings, sourcing, vendor coordination, interior installations, and overall general project support.
• Strong communication skills are very important.
• Manage diverse projects from concept to completion, ensuring each space exceeds expectations while adhering to budget constraints.
