Sunday–10am-3pm. with occasional additional hours when covering shuttle routes

Monday-Thursday-1:00pm–6:30pm.

Pay: $17.00/hr.

Job Overview

We're looking for a dependable, physically active team member to join our warehouse team as a Loader, with the opportunity to serve as a Backup Shuttle Driver on our route to Fond du Lac when needed. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who doesn't mind physical work, doesn't shy away from heat while loading trucks, and is comfortable getting behind the wheel of a company van or box truck when the schedule calls for it.

This role is best suited for someone who wants steady warehouse hours most days, with the flexibility and reliability to step in and drive when the shuttle route needs coverage.

What You'll Do — Warehouse Loader Duties

· Pick and prepare orders for vending and micro-market routes

· Load and organize delivery trucks efficiently and safely

· Move product using electric and manual pallet jacks

· Restock picking lines using FIFO inventory rotation

· Receive and verify incoming deliveries and freight

· Palletize and wrap outgoing product

· Check temperatures on incoming cooler/frozen products for food safety compliance

· Maintain a clean, organized warehouse

What You'll Do — Backup Shuttle Driver Duties (as needed)

· Safely operate a company van or 26-foot box truck on runs to Fond du Lac and between locations

· Load, unload, and transport crates and products following proper lifting and safety procedures

· Collect returns and empty bins, and shuttle inventoried product between locations

· Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving

Physical Demands — Please Read Carefully

This is a genuinely physical job, and we want to be upfront about that so you know what you're signing up for:

· You'll be lifting and moving product for most of the shift, frequently in the 15–49 lb range

· Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling repeatedly throughout the shift

· Loading trucks can get hot — you'll be working in and out of a non-climate-controlled truck bed/trailer, especially during warmer months, so comfort working in heat while doing physical labor is essential

· This isn't a desk-adjacent warehouse role — if you prefer a slower pace or climate-controlled environment, this likely isn't the right fit

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean/acceptable driving record (required for the backup driving component)
• Comfortable driving a van or box truck, or willing to train
• Reliable transportation to your shift
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using basic computers/warehouse software
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Minimum age of 18

Preferred Experience

· Warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking experience

· Experience operating electric pallet jacks or stackers

· Experience driving a cargo van or box truck (26 ft. preferred)

· Comfort working in outdoor or variable-temperature conditions
