A prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a high-energy, upbeat individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on challenges. This is a very busy role best suited for someone who performs well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines; screen and direct calls to appropriate legal and administrative staff
• Take and relay client messages accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Ensure clients are assisted promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments
• Set up new client files
• Perform general office tasks (copying, scanning, faxing, filing)
• Maintain a working knowledge of departmental functions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Outstanding customer service skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
