Job Summary
Wise House Pest Control is seeking an experienced AI Specialist / Automation Developer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions that improve our operations, customer experience, and internal workflows. This role combines software development, AI implementation, automation, and systems integration to help drive innovation across the business.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), software development, GoHighLevel, APIs, and workflow automation. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can streamline operations, improve efficiency, and create a competitive advantage.
What You’ll Do
AI Development
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows using GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs.
- Build custom AI assistants for customer service, sales, operations, and internal knowledge management.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI performance.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend practical business applications.
Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications and business tools.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Build front-end interfaces and back-end services.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
GoHighLevel & CRM Automation
- Build and manage GoHighLevel CRM workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, calendars, and opportunities.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with external platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
- Create automated lead nurturing, sales, marketing, and customer communication workflows.
- Optimize CRM processes to improve lead conversion and operational efficiency.
Automation & Systems Integration
- Build workflow automations connecting CRMs, communication platforms, and business applications.
- Integrate AI into existing operational systems.
- Create custom automations to eliminate repetitive tasks.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain automation pipelines.
Data & Analytics
- Analyze business processes and operational data to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and system reliability.
Research & Innovation
- Stay current with advancements in AI, automation, software development, and CRM technologies.
- Test and implement emerging tools that improve business performance.
- Recommend scalable technology solutions that create long-term value.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in AI implementation, automation development, software development, or a related technical role.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, calendars, opportunities, and CRM management.
- Experience integrating GoHighLevel with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, or automation tools.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects independently.
Preferred
- Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or Pipedream.
- Experience integrating Twilio, Slack, Google Workspace, Stripe, and other SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Cloudflare.
- Experience building AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GorillaDesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

Pay: $34.00 - $46.00 per hour
