Job Summary
We are seeking an positive, loyal and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to support the store functions and assist with our sales initiatives. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing in store functionality, managing inventory, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and expertise in organization to ensure seamless store performance and exceptional customer service.

Core Purpose of the Role

To create consistency, structure, and efficiency across key store(s) so leadership can focus on growth, sales, and customer experience.

Key Ownership Areas

Deliver Sales Targets

• Be a key contributor in achieving sales objectives
• Support key sales management associates
• When working as lead or alone, deliver daily sales goa

Scheduling & Staffing Operations

• Own weekly Illinois schedule (submitted 2 weeks in advance to Murray for approval)
• Align staffing with traffic + business needs (not just availability)
• Identify gaps in schedule before they become problems
• Support hiring needs (flag when you’re understaffed, where, and why)

Hiring & Onboarding Support

• Support coordination of interview scheduling
• Assist in hiring decisions
• Own first-week onboarding experience:
• Day 1 structure & ensure all new hire checklist tasks are completed
• Training schedule
• Shadow shifts
• Serve as subject matter expert on Company practices and policies via handbook and employee manual
• Support new hires as they complete the new hire check list

Supply & Inventory Operations

• Track and manage reorder of all store + floor supplies
• Create a simple inventory system for tracking supplies
• Prevent over-ordering or last-minute scrambling
• Support in managing damages & transfers

Store Operations & Organization

• Maintain backstock organization (clean, labeled, shoppable)
• Ensure all sellable inventory is represented on the floor

Store Maintenance & Standards

• Enforce daily + weekly cleaning checklists
• Identify and report maintenance issues immediately

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
