What You'll Do

You'll inspect, diagnose, repair, maintain, and customize electric and gas golf carts while ensuring every customer receives a reliable, high-quality vehicle.

Diagnostics & Repairs

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
• Repair electric and gas-powered golf carts
• Troubleshoot batteries, charging systems, controllers, motors, and wiring
• Use diagnostic equipment including multimeters and ohmmeters
• Complete warranty and manufacturer repairs

Installations & Customization

Install customer upgrades including:

• Lift kits
• Wheels & tires
• LED lighting
• Sound systems
• Windshields
• Rear seats
• Enclosures
• Lithium battery upgrades
• Accessories and performance upgrades

Shop Operations

• Perform quality inspections before delivery
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Assist teammates when needed
• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and management

QualificationsRequired

• 1+ year of mechanical repair experience
• Valid driver's license
• Basic hand tools (specialty shop tools provided)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Golf cart experience
• Automotive technician experience
• Powersports, motorcycle, marine, RV, or small engine experience
• Electrical diagnostic experience
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Battery and lithium system knowledge
• Manufacturer certification (preferred but not required)
