Overview:

Breckenridge Associates Real Estate is a locally established real estate company serving Breckenridge and the surrounding mountain communities. We value professionalism, strong communication, community connection, and exceptional service to our brokers, clients, and guests. We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented team member to support both marketing initiatives and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, including website updates, email campaigns, broker marketing requests, social media content, event promotion, vendor communication, front desk coverage, and administrative support in a professional real estate office environment.

Marketing responsibilities include:

• Prepare updates for marketing meetings
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, website providers, printers, and marketing partners
• Create and update website content, including community pages, market information pages, blog posts, landing pages, broker pages, and other real estate-related content to keep the website current, informative, and engaging.
• Assist with the annual magazine, including article coordination, asset collection, proofing, revisions, deadlines, and vendor communication
• Support monthly email marketing, including newsletters, article summaries, broker-specific sends, and campaign scheduling
• Assist with email campaigns, property blasts, and broker marketing campaigns
• Support listing marketing, including flyers, postcards, Just Listed/Just Sold campaigns, QR codes, tracking links, and open house promotion
• Help maintain broker materials, including listing presentations, biographies, headshots, and marketing collateral
• Create and schedule social media content
• Assist with boosted content, community partnerships, collaborations, and event promotion
• Help maintain market statistics pages and marketing-related website updates
• Support marketing workflows, documentation, SOPs, and process improvements

Admin Responsibilities include:

• Full-time, 40-hour work week
• Tuesday through Saturday schedule
• In-office front desk coverage and general office support
• Answer phones and direct calls professionally
• Greet guests, clients, brokers, and vendors
• Assist with listing showing requests
• Support lockbox management and related tracking
• Maintain office supplies and shared office areas
• Assist with general office organization
• Support company events and broker/client gatherings
• Assist with internal office communication, announcements, and updates
• Help brokers and staff with general office needs
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
• Provide general administrative support to ensure daily office operations run smoothly

Ideal Qualifications

• Residence within Summit County or a 30-minute commuting radius of the Breckenridge office is required.
• Background in Graphic Design, specifically InDesign
• Experience with email marketing, social media, website updates, or content creation
• Extensive knowledge of Canva
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Comfortable working at a front desk and interacting with guests, brokers, and clients
• At least 2 years marketing and administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude
