SUMMARY

The Residential and THouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day program aspect of treatment services on the main campus. This includes being responsible for maintaining good order and the flow of the daily activities. This role is hands on in its approach to leadership. The Residential and THouse Manager is a recognizable face and presence in the treatment milieu. The Residential and THouse Program Manager will lead, supervise daily operations and manage the clinical team. The Residential and THouse Manager will work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director to develop and enhance the program which drives the success of clients. As a collaborative member of the Clinical Care Team, the Manager plays a leading role in the cultural formation of staff to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Harbor Hall Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contributes to the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff.
2. Conducts on-site training relevant to the mission of client care.
3. Responsible for maintenance and delivery of the Client Guidebook for residential clientele.
4. Supervises Counselors.
a. Provides leadership, direction, and oversight to assigned staff.
i. Determine and publish a weekly client schedule.
ii. Support each member's professional development, building team cohesion and accountability.
5. Communicates as needed with Security Tech/Officer for specific directives of relevant observation, reporting, and documentation.
6. Plans relevant weekly programs/activities and scheduling of trips and fund-raising efforts.
7. Be available to schedule individual sessions with clients to address spiritual care matters or master treatment plan objectives.
8. Be available to meet clients as needed to address campus concerns or conflicts with peers or staff.
9. Remain on call for critical campus concerns 24/7.
10. Provide weekly lectures to clients and fill in for clinical therapy groups as needed.
11. Participate and contribute in broader local, state, and national addiction treatment forums, conferences, special events, and related initiatives.
12. Conduct performance assessments of assigned staff.
13. Coordinate with the Clinical Team rehabilitation activities.
14. Participate in leadership meetings and focus groups as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired qualifications include a master's degree in social work, nursing, sociology, human services, psychology, or related field. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field. Prior supervision experience preferred. Must be aged 18 or older.

Must be able to pass a drug test, including no marijuana use.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
