This position will include scheduled onsite time a client sites and work from home remote support.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, entry-to-mid level Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our high-performance Service Desk team.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first line of support for end users, resolving tickets related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Office 365, and basic networking issues.
• Handle a high volume of calls and tickets in a fast-paced environment—triaging, documenting, and resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Provide on-site support at client sites.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working to resolve issues efficiently and with a smile (virtual or in person!).
• Follow documented SOPs and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
• Use our RMM and PSA tools (e.g., AutoTask, Datto, IT Glue) to manage and update tickets, document solutions, and track assets.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience a big plus!).
• Strong familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, remote desktop tools, and basic networking concepts.
• A natural ability to troubleshoot and explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• A positive, team-first attitude, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a structured, SLA-driven environment.
• High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a sense of urgency.
• A passion for technology and continuous learning.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar high-paced IT environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts or PSA/RMM tools.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications.
