The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving EGGER North America's Human Resources Information Systems to ensure accurate employee data, reliable reporting, and efficient HR technology solutions. This position serves as the primary functional resource for HR data management, reporting, analytics, system administration support, testing, and continuous process improvement.
Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Corporate HRIS, and business leaders, the HRIS Analyst helps ensure the integrity of employee information while supporting HR technology initiatives throughout North America. The role participates in Corporate-led HRIS implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, and new module deployments by representing North American business requirements, supporting testing activities, validating system functionality, and assisting with successful implementation.
The HRIS Analyst is expected to develop expertise in EGGER's HR technology environment, with primary emphasis on SAP Human Capital Management (SAP-HCM) while supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and future HR technology solutions as the Company's systems continue to evolve.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

JOB FUNCTIONS: (Job functions include but are not limited to the following)
- Maintain employee master data, organizational data, and related HR information within SAP-HCM while ensuring accuracy, integrity, security, and confidentiality.
- Support ongoing administration and functional maintenance of SAP-HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and related HR technologies.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.
- Perform routine audits, reconciliations, and validation of employee data to maintain system accuracy and data integrity.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS issues in partnership with Corporate HRIS, Information Technology, Payroll, and other functional teams.
- Participate in Corporate-led HRIS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and new module deployments by supporting testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Represent North American business requirements during Corporate HRIS projects by identifying local legal, regulatory, payroll, and operational considerations.
- Assist with system configuration, workflow support, security administration, and user access management as assigned.
- Support automated and manual data interfaces between HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and other integrated enterprise systems by validating data accuracy, identifying exceptions, and assisting with issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation, standard operating procedures, testing documentation, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, standardization, system enhancements, and best practices.
- Support integrations between HRIS and other enterprise systems including payroll, recruiting, learning, benefits, and time management applications.
- Provide functional support and guidance to HR users, managers, and employees regarding HR technology solutions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and comply with all applicable company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Remain current on HRIS technology trends and continuously develop knowledge of SAP-HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and emerging HR technologies.

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
- Typically requires three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Human Resources, Payroll Systems, Business Systems, Information Technology, or closely related experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is required.
- Experience working with SAP Human Capital Management (SAP-HCM) is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting HRIS integrations, data interfaces, and employee data transfers between Human Resources, timekeeping, and payroll systems preferred.
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred.
- Experience supporting HR system implementations, upgrades, testing, or enterprise projects is preferred.
- Experience developing reports, workforce analytics, and HR metrics is preferred.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS:
- Four-year degree preferred or compensatory closely related work experience required.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Human Capital Management (SAP-HCM) strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting ADP Workforce Manager (Timekeeping) and ADP Workforce Now (Payroll), including interface management and employee data transfers, is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred.
- Knowledge of HR information systems, HR business processes, and employee data management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience developing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy and quality control skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and international project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and business systems.
SCHEDULE DEMANDS:
- Office Standard: 8-hour M-F assignment; however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8 hours.
- Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Pay: $53,791.78 - $64,781.50 per year
