Training and JTIP Program CoordinatorPosition Summary

Oversees new hire orientation, onboarding completion, and compliance with New Mexico JTIP program. This position supports operational excellence by ensuring HR programs are delivered efficiently while promoting a positive employee experience and work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages audit-ready documentation for New Mexico JTIP compliance, covering trainee eligibility, instructional plans, progress monitoring, attendance logs, reimbursement filings, and mandatory reporting
• Monitors JTIP-qualified employees and verifies fulfillment of necessary protocols throughout the developmental phase
• Presents new hire orientation
• Completes onboarding process
• Coordinates new hire process with recruiting
• Partners with Safety Manager for seamless transition
• Updates and improves training materials and delivery
• Develops and schedules organizational training as requested
• Maintains training records and required certifications in Paycor
• Evaluates training effectiveness and makes recommendations
• Promotes continuous improvement and supports HR initiatives

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. New Mexico JTIP knowledge. Expertise in grant-based educational initiatives, vocational growth systems, regulatory human resources standards, or government-mandated filing processes. Previous training experience.

Required: Microsoft Office and Google Workspace knowledge, effective presentation skills, excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality.
