5+ Years HVAC Experience Required

If you have strong diagnostic experience and enjoy solving real HVAC problems, this role allows you to leverage your field knowledge without crawling through attics or working in extreme conditions.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Support Representative, you will serve as a technical resource for customers and licensed installers across the country.

You will:

• Handle inbound HVAC technical support calls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems remotely
• Review installation scenarios and identify root causes
• Manage and resolve support tickets in our system
• Provide clear, step-by-step troubleshooting guidance
• Document all technical cases accurately
• Escalate complex cases when appropriate
• Contribute to internal technical documentation and best practices

Your expertise directly supports customer satisfaction and protects our reputation for technical accuracy.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC field experience
• Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting skills
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts
• Comfortable working on a computer while handling calls
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Prior technical support or call center experience
• HVAC certification or formal technical training

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Willingness to work 1–2 weekend days per month
