e4ce is seeking a Senior Instructional System Designer (ISD) to support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) initiative within the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional and performance improvement solutions that support healthcare transformation initiatives. The Senior ISD will collaborate with healthcare professionals, program leadership, and technical subject matter experts to develop effective learning interventions that address performance gaps, support workforce readiness, and improve organizational outcomes.The successful candidate will apply instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, behavioral and cognitive science practices, and performance improvement strategies to create innovative and impactful learning solutions for diverse healthcare audiences.

c- helor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Human Performance Technology, Organizational Development, Healthcare Education, or a related field.
Mi
n- imum of 8 years of experience in instructional systems design, curriculum development, training development, or performance improvement.

m- onstrated experience applying instructional design methodologies, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) or similar frameworks.

p- erience conducting training needs assessments, occupational analyses, and performance gap analyses.
